上海通威实用技术研究所成立于八十年代末期，是一个由上海各大专院校、各大研究机构的一批老科学工作者创立并发展起来的民间科研机构，主要从事当代化工、电子、纺织、机械、信息技术的课题研究和高新科技的产业化实践。进入九十年代以来，研究所根据我国发展市场经济的总体态势，重点将研究所的技术优势转化为产品优势，1994年向市场推出了以满足医药行业洁净厂房GMP要求的专用墙面涂料——杀菌灭菌漆，专用环氧系列地面涂料，当年即获成功。1998年，上海通威实用技术研究所与具有雄厚生产实力的上海遂道工程股份有限公司防水材料厂合作生产环氧类涂料和杀菌灭菌类涂料。现在，上海通威实用技术研究所生产的高分子树脂产品已遍及北至哈尔滨，南到广州的广大地区，大获好评。愿我们的产品能给环境带来美观和洁净，愿我们的技术和服务能给客户以质量和信心。

Shanghai TongWei Practical
Technology Institute(STWPTI) is a nongovernmental
research institute, which was set up in late 80s. Made
up of many senior researchers from universities and
research institutes in Shanghai, STWPTI conducts
researches mainly in chemical electronic textile and
mechanical industries and information technology. Since
the early 90s,STWPTI has focused on applying new and
high technology into industry by turning its expertise
into high-qualified products in the light of the
developmental trend of the market-economy in
China.
In 1994, the institute in order to meet the
special requirement of the GMP,began to produce special
paint for pharmaceutical manufacturing plants;
Bactericide Paint Epoxy Floor Paint, and it gained great
successin the same year. Since 1998,STWPTI has
cooperated with Shanghai Tunneling Corporation Ltd. In
the joint production of Epoxy paint and Bactericide
paint.
Now its higher polymer resin produces have
found their way into Haerbin, Guangzhou and many other
regions and have enjoyed
highpraise.
